About the Collective
The Delaware Recovery Collective is a creative community initiative powered by Impact Life. Built on the belief that storytelling and artistic expression are powerful tools for healing, the Collective brings together individuals in recovery, artists, and local community members to share their journeys and celebrate recovery through the arts.
Through live events, video storytelling, and creative workshops, the Collective creates space for connection, conversation, and personal growth. Whether through poetry, music, spoken word, or visual art, participants and audiences are invited to explore recovery in all its forms and to engage in honest, hopeful dialogue about substance use and healing.

Sober Summer Series
The Sober Summer Series is a three-part creative event series that invites individuals in recovery and community members to come together for evenings of artistic expression, conversation, and connection. Each event features local performers, storytelling, and original works created by participants in the Writing for Wellness program.
Hosted in different regions of the state, the series creates inclusive spaces for community connection, while amplifying the stories and voices of those impacted by substance use. The series leads up to a final showcase in September, where the journey and outcomes of the summer will be captured in a celebratory video premiere.
